ATTN: Mac OS X 10. This is a brand new problem that a lot of people are having. All refurbished products sold by Best Buy also include a warranty, and Best Buy's applies. I booted up and had this problem just ten minutes ago, and here's the answer. There are several of posts that have no real resolution on this, and none of them have a clear solution that works.
